Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Closing Associate to join their operations team in Bangalore. This role focuses on assisting with both pre-close and post-close activities for various commercial loans including commercial real estate and problem loans. The associate will coordinate loan closings with customers, perform diligent reviews of loan documents, regulatory due diligence, and maintain ongoing portfolio activities.

You will manage assigned loan portfolios, ensure data integrity by uploading accurate information into systems of record, and interact with internal customers to resolve issues effectively. Adherence to all Wells Fargo policies, procedures, and compliance requirements is essential. You will work under the direction of your manager but expected to exercise independent judgment in day-to-day tasks, while gaining deeper knowledge of bank functions, policies, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work under compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Adaptability to US operational hours (night shifts in India).
